Cairdeas Winery is an artisan winery started in 2009 by Charlie & Lacey Lybecker. The winery was founded in West Seattle, but their hearts were calling them to the Chelan Valley. We began working with them to design and build their dream spaces, the production facility and the Tasting Room. They decided on a barn style tasting room from Barn Pros. Apex Building Services was the General for the whole project responsible for coordination of site excavation, foundation, concrete flooring and patio, all infrastructure including plumbing, electrical, and management of crews onsite for Barn Pros. Once the initial structure was in place Apex took over all window installation, interior finishes including electrical, plumbing, T&G ceiling, lift installation, flooring, doors and trim, bathroom and kitchen, cabinets and all finishwork.

We partnered with Apex Building Services to manage the construction of our Cairdeas Winery Barn Style Tasting Room. They worked with Barn Pros to build the shell of this "kit barn" and did all of the interior and exterior finishing. We are incredibly happy how the barn turned out. Apex really brought out the Cairdeas personality in the build!
