Open-Concept Kitchen Remodel
We re-engineered the kitchen layout to seamlessly integrate with the adjacent dining and living areas. The installation features custom cabinetry designed for maximized, built-in storage. Surface upgrades include sleek quartz countertops paired with a high-end stainless steel appliance package, creating a highly functional and durable workspace.
Living Room & Custom Fireplace Installation
To update the main living area, we installed a modern gas fireplace insert focused on energy efficiency and consistent heating. The surround was finished with a custom stone veneer, adding architectural texture and establishing a clear focal point in the room.
Master Suite & Bathroom Renovation
The master suite remodel prioritized space optimization and high-grade finishes. The custom walk-in closet was built out with integrated shelving and drawer systems for exact organization. The ensuite bathroom was fully renovated to include a spacious walk-in shower, double vanities, and custom-built linen cabinets for dedicated storage.
Powder Bath Update
The half-bath was upgraded with a modern vanity, high-contrast lighting fixtures, and a bold statement mirror, maximizing the utility and design of a compact floor plan.
Whole-Home Flooring & Custom Millwork
To unify the updated floor plan, we installed highly durable COREtec flooring throughout the residence. The flooring is framed by newly installed modern baseboards and crown molding, ensuring a clean, cohesive transition between every room in the house.
