Monte Carlo House

A Custom Vision Brought to Life in Lake Chelan Hills

The Story

Every great custom home starts with a vision. For the Monte Carlo House, the goal was to create a luxurious, modern retreat that captured the essence of the surrounding landscape while providing the ultimate space for comfort and entertainment. The homeowners wanted a sanctuary that felt both grand and inviting—a place to gather, relax, and take in the stunning Lake Chelan Hills, all while maintaining a sophisticated, high-end aesthetic.

The Challenge

Building a custom home of this caliber requires precision and adaptability. The primary challenge for the Monte Carlo build was sloped terrain of the lot. We had to design and pour a complex foundation that provided absolute structural stability without compromising the home's architectural footprint. Additionally, ensuring seamless logistics for delivering premium, oversized materials to the site required meticulous daily project management from our team.

The Materials

We selected materials that marry high-end luxury with rugged, long-lasting durability:

• Exterior: A striking blend of clear cedar siding to create a modern yet timeless silhouette against the landscape.

• Flooring: Wide-plank engineered European oak installed throughout the main levels for incredible warmth and high-traffic durability.

• Finishes: Custom white shaker cabinetry, high-end plumbing fixtures, and premium energy-efficient windows that exceed Washington State insulation standards.
